Description

You will own the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud infrastructure, supporting migration initiatives and hybrid integrations.
• Implement automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Monitor cloud systems, analyze performance, and resolve technical issues in enterprise environments.
• Configure cloud security controls, including access management and data protection.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, operational procedures, and perform deployment validation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Strong understanding of core cloud services: compute, storage, networking, and identity & access management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals: DNS, routing, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting cloud-based systems and managing Windows Server workloads.
• Experience with Active Directory integration and familiarity with virtual infrastructure (VMware/hypervisors).
• Understanding of cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, SQL Server).
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, IRS Publication 1075) and IT Service Management processes.
