Description

You will own the setup and execution of cloud test environments for manual, performance, and soak testing.

Responsibilities

  • Set up cloud test environments to support manual, performance, and soak test development.
  • Develop test plans and cases for functional, system, regression, and performance testing based on engineering specs.
  • Execute test plans through manual and automated means and generate detailed test reports.
  • Document, report, and verify bugs and new features using JIRA.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot software and hardware issues using tools like Wireshark and IXIA.
  • Create and maintain system TestBeds to replicate various customer deployment topologies.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in QA.
  • Experience with cloud services including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Cloudwatch.
  • Knowledge of SOA Architecture and REST APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as IXIA, Spirant, or Wireshark.
  • Understanding of virtualization, microservices, and web services.
  • Strong technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in test automation using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Experience with L2/L3 networking, network performance monitoring, or Network Packet Brokering.
