Description

Manage and stabilize cloud infrastructure using VMware and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible with YAML.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and configuration management.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking fundamentals including load balancing, routing, and firewalls.
• Manage backup solutions using Cohesity, NetBackup, or Avamar.
• Oversee version control workflows using Git and Bitbucket.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Operations.
• Deep expertise in VMware ecosystem: VCF, vSphere, NSX-T, and Aria Suite.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (LB, routing, firewalls).
• Experience with backup tools such as Cohesity, NetBackup, or Avamar.
• Proficient with Git and Bitbucket for source control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
• Background in security compliance within infrastructure operations.
