Description

You will own the operational integrity of cloud platforms, driving automation and observability while transitioning operations toward a DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform to automate cloud deployments.
• Design and integrate observability architectures, including monitoring, dashboards, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Facilitate incident management tabletop exercises and chaos engineering initiatives.
• Reduce toil through automation, architectural improvements, and process optimizations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or development roles.
• Proficiency in Python for development and automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience architecting and maintaining high-availability production systems.
• Deep understanding of security protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Kerberos.
• Experience implementing observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Proven ability in software installation, configuration, patching, and technical documentation.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and managing Change and Incident Management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS design and implementation.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows containers.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
