You will improve operational stability and reliability across public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and document operational aspects of the cloud platform.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code to automate cloud deployments and CI/CD pipeline workflows.
• Build and integrate observability into cloud platforms using monitoring architecture, dashboards, and alerts.
• Reduce toil through automation, architecture improvements, and process refinements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across on-premise and cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong development skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and architecting high-availability production systems.
• Knowledge of security protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Kerberos.
• Experience implementing observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, and patching.
• Ability to create technical architecture documentation and communicate technical ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure design and implementation.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows containers.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
