Description

You will provide technical support and manage AWS cloud services to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support for AWS-related incidents and troubleshoot issues within the AWS ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain script-based solutions using Python, Bash, or AWS CLI for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Monitor AWS systems for performance, reliability, and security, reporting anomalies and trends to management.
• Produce internal operations documentation and maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture and application support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within an AWS environment.
• 4+ years of experience developing script-based solutions for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• 3+ years of experience resolving ITSM ticketing at a tier-2 level.
• 3+ years of experience producing internal operations documentation and IT infrastructure reports.
• 2+ years of experience deploying PaaS within public cloud environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, and SQS.
• Experience with Python and Bash for automation tasks.
• 1+ years of experience with identity management and role-based access control administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials or other relevant AWS training.
