Description

You will manage support operations, triage organizational issues, and maintain production infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve issues between organizational functions using ServiceNow.
• Manage production infrastructure and adhere to escalation paths and SLAs.
• Assist in automating web application deployments.
• Provide subject matter expert support to non-IT groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud support or operations.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various software applications.
• Strong decision-making skills for problems of moderate scope.
• Ability to work as a team to meet departmental goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow task management.
