Responsibilities

• Solve customer cases using advanced troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Drive communication during critical events and manage multi-channel interactions.
• Partner with development teams to resolve complex issues and reduce contact volume.
• Develop technical content, including tutorials, videos, and articles for developers.
• Write tools and scripts to improve internal team processes and support efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in technical support or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in Java, Perl, Ruby, or C#.
• Experience working with Big Data technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems spanning multiple cloud services.
