Description

Provide operational support for cloud technologies and large-scale technical products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage for all incoming alerts, incidents, requests, and inquiries directed to the Cloud Operations and Support team.
• Troubleshoot platform alerts, onboarding processes, cloud migrations, and day-to-day break-fix activities for application teams.
• Manage operational support for Kubernetes, VMWare Tanzu (PCF), Application Service (TAS), Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated (TKGI), Azure, and GCP.
• Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate operational support teams and transition tickets as required.
• Create and maintain FAQs, knowledge base articles, operational runbooks, and process documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud environments.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Experience with Azure and GCP.
• Experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and VMWare Tanzu (PCF).
• Knowledge of Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated (TKGI) and Application Service (TAS).
• Ability to document technical processes and create FAQs.
