Description

You will provide technical support and implementation services for Alibaba Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to cloud services and provide direct solutions to customers.
• Execute cloud migrations following the service Statement of Work and deliver project implementations.
• Analyze complex technical problems and track resolution progress through to completion.
• Document customer usage scenarios and maintain updated technical documentation for new issues.
• Develop automation tools to improve team efficiency and operational productivity.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience using and developing on cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Linux systems, command line, and system architecture.
• Strong computer fundamentals and programming proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
• Experience with NTP, YUM, DNS, and firewall technologies.
• Ability to identify technical risks and perform rapid root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
