Description

Own cloud infrastructure stability and performance for the Technical Infrastructure team. Drive permanent fixes by analyzing patterns and recurring failures. Manage production incidents with clear risk assessment and effective troubleshooting. Collaborate globally with application owners, senior stakeholders, and end users to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze infrastructure patterns and recurring failures to advise application owners on permanent fixes.
• Manage production incidents by troubleshooting issues and assessing risks of actions.
• Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and end users to articulate technical problems and drive solutions.
• Perform general troubleshooting and debugging of AWS-based applications.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Support or similar infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of AWS services: IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, Security, VPC, Load Balancing, Monitoring & Audit.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems, commands, and utilities.
• Experience with Configuration Management Tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Scripting proficiency in Shell or Python.
• Ability to observe patterns, analyze root causes, and suggest resolution ideas in large enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical and functional aspects to development teams.
