Description

You will provide technical support for AWS and GCP based applications, troubleshooting issues across cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications running on AWS and GCP environments.
  • Manage and configure core AWS services including IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, and Load Balancing.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Gitlab.
  • Utilize Shell script or Python for automation and operational tasks.
  • Support global clients within a rotational shift schedule.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Support or similar technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services: IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, Security, VPC, Networking, Load Balancing, Monitoring & Audit.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems, commands, and utilities.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
  • Version control experience with Gitlab.
  • Scripting proficiency in Shell or Python.
  • Valid AWS certifications demonstrating practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • ITIL and ITSM experience.
  • Experience supporting environments with 10,000+ servers or in financial institutions.
