You will provide technical support for AWS and GCP based applications, troubleshooting issues across cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and debug applications running on AWS and GCP environments.
- Manage and configure core AWS services including IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, and Load Balancing.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Gitlab.
- Utilize Shell script or Python for automation and operational tasks.
- Support global clients within a rotational shift schedule.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Support or similar technical roles.
- Strong understanding of AWS services: IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, Security, VPC, Networking, Load Balancing, Monitoring & Audit.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems, commands, and utilities.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
- Version control experience with Gitlab.
- Scripting proficiency in Shell or Python.
- Valid AWS certifications demonstrating practical experience.
Preferred Skills
- ITIL and ITSM experience.
- Experience supporting environments with 10,000+ servers or in financial institutions.
