Description

You will manage and maintain customer VDI environments, ensuring infrastructure stability and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer environments by ensuring full patching with compatible OS, applications, and VMware tools.
• Execute updates to Long Term Stable Releases (LTSR), Cumulative Updates (CU), and security patches.
• Interface with vendors and adjacent teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer infrastructure issues.
• Perform technical reviews for RFCs and create or update internal Knowledge Base articles.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in a related technical field.
• Expertise in managing VDI environments including Citrix, AVD, Horizon, and RDS.
• Advanced Windows management including Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Replication, IIS, FSMO).
• Deep experience with VMware virtualization: ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, and vCloud.
• Server optimization and performance monitoring for CPU, Memory, Disk, and I/O.
• Network administration with Fortigate, VPN, VeloCloud, and Firewalls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft services including Azure AD, Exchange, and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam backup and restoration.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140, Nerdio, or Citrix Certified Associate (CCA).
• Experience with MFA/2FA platforms such as Duo, Azure MFA, Workspace One, or OneLogin.
