Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Service Cloud or Zendesk environments to ensure high availability.
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting tools like SignalFx or Datadog.
• Execute custom queries using AWS Athena for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Develop automation and tooling using Dotnet, Ruby, or Go to streamline operations.
• Manage code repositories through Jenkins or GitLab and oversee release processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or cloud engineering.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as SignalFx or Datadog.
• Experience drafting custom queries in AWS Athena.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS or Azure services (CloudWatch, S3, RDS).
• Scripting experience with Dotnet, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with GitLab or Jenkins for version control and CI/CD.
• Database proficiency in DynamoDB and SQL.
• API testing experience using Postman.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of advanced database management systems.
