Description

You will provide frontline cloud operational support, incident management, and administration across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud operations and incident response for AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Confluent Cloud.
• Implement centralized observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure service availability.
• Develop and maintain Terraform IaC to ensure architectural consistency and security.
• Execute cloud secrets management, including deployment, rotation, and tooling integration.
• Administer cloud backup and recovery solutions for critical infrastructure and implement security guardrails.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably within financial services.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform or Python-based orchestration tooling.
• Experience with GitHub and source control workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX and Docker or other container technologies.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and best practices.
• Experience managing cloud incidents and participating in on-call rotations.
• AWS Cloud Architect Associate certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Datadog for cross-cloud monitoring.
• Experience with AWS Backup.
