Description

Manage operational aspects, security, and reliability of the Cloud Program through frontline support and infrastructure automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline operational support and incident management for AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Confluent Cloud.
• Design and implement centralized observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Manage cloud secrets deployment, rotation, and tooling integration.
• Create and maintain Terraform IaC to ensure architectural consistency and security.
• Mentor junior team members on secure Cloud Ops design principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform or Python-based orchestration tooling.
• Experience with GitHub for source control.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, and MongoDB Atlas.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management across various cloud platforms.
• Ability to design for operational excellence, security, reliability, and cost optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• AWS Cloud Architect Associate certification.
