Description

You will manage patching, automation, and incident response across multi-cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage patching and automation workflows using Azure Update Management (AUM) and AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
• Troubleshoot patching failures by analyzing logs to identify and resolve root causes.
• Write and maintain automation scripts for patching, monitoring, and backup tasks.
• Support and maintain backup and recovery solutions within Azure and AWS.
• Respond to production incidents to ensure stability in high-availability environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud support or systems administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for scripting and automation.
• Deep knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing patching workflows in complex, multi-cloud setups.
• Familiarity with cloud-native backup and recovery architectures.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively in production environments.
