Description

You will provide technical support and maintain cloud infrastructure stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud services within GCP or AWS environments.
• Handle production incidents and participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical issues.
• Apply DevOps practices to support automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and address system vulnerabilities to maintain security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud support or related roles.
• Proficiency in managing AWS or GCP services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Strong Python programming skills for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab for version control.
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Legal authorization to work in the US and physical presence on US soil.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and vulnerability management practices.
