Description

You will own cloud support operations and drive automation across AWS and Azure environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cross-team and cloud service issues, coordinating activities across teams.
• Create automation and experiment with new technologies for next-generation product backends.
• Identify opportunities to improve MicroStrategy Cloud Environment service and infrastructure maintenance.
• Engage with software development teams to enhance platform functionality and performance.
• Resolve customer escalations and develop preventative methods to minimize future issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
• Minimum 1 year of MicroStrategy Platform troubleshooting, usage, or administration knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with PowerShell, RedHat, and Windows environments.
• Minimum 3 years of IT customer service experience with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to design and run automated tests to improve development and deployment processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure maintenance processes for cloud environments.
