Description

You will build cloud infrastructure and deploy cloud-native services for an analytics and data science platform on GCP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response, postmortems, and production improvements to ensure service stability.
• Own the availability and performance of mission-critical services.
• Build automation to prevent problem recurrence and handle non-exceptional service conditions.
• Automate cloud-native technologies, application deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and manage CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related technical experience.
• Experience working in cloud environments, specifically GCP.
• Proficiency in automation languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Go.
• Experience with programming languages including Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitHub.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with distributed architectures, containers, Kubernetes, or serverless technology.
• Ability to work with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Preferred Skills

• K knowledge of GCP native tools including BigQuery, CloudStorage, Dataflow, Composer, or GKE.
• Experience with Groovy, Bash, Argo CD, or Docker.
• Cloud or automation certifications.
