Description

The position is remote and available for a duration of 9+ months.

Responsibilities

• Manage EC2-based environments (DEV, QA, STG, PRD), including configuration of security groups, IAM roles, and instance profiles
• Support AWS infrastructure components including Application Load Balancer (ALB), Route 53, and S3 integrations
• Monitor instance health and system performance; assist with patching and OS hardening
• Support post-migration stabilization following lift-and-shift cloud migrations
• Maintain and enhance Jenkins pipelines to support build and deployment automation
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and manage environment configuration for releases
• Improve deployment reliability and establish rollback procedures
• Manage the SSL certificate lifecycle, including generation, installation, renewal, and expiration monitoring
• Maintain certificate chains and intermediate validation; automate SSL review processes
• Support deployments and troubleshooting for AEM and IIS/.NET applications
• Maintain Solr configuration and health
• Monitor logs and resolve infrastructure-related issues
• Identify opportunities to automate manual operational tasks and improve monitoring and alerting processes
• Support documentation, runbooks, and long-term cloud optimization strategy

Qualifications

• Required
  • Strong experience with AWS, particularly EC2-centric environments
  • Windows Server and/or Linux administration experience
  • Hands-on Jenkins pipeline administration
  • Experience managing SSL certificates in enterprise environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers
• Preferred
  • Prior on-premise system administration experience
  • Experience supporting lift-and-shift cloud migrations
  • Experience with IIS, AEM, and application deployments
  • Familiarity with basic infrastructure automation, such as Terraform or scripting
  • Understanding of CI/CD and deployment operations
