Description

You will architect, plan, and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud environments to promote cloud-native solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions for engineering teams.
• Provision and maintain operating systems including Windows, RHEL, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
• Configure and troubleshoot network and security issues within a hybrid cloud environment.
• Monitor cloud resources proactively to ensure optimal usage and system health.
• Provide on-call system administration support, including weekends and after-business hours.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on technical experience and system design.
• 3+ years architecting cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Deep expertise with automation tools including Ansible and Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience implementing security features such as LDAP, ADFS, and SSL.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring and observability.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Unix distributions and network configurations.
• Ability to lead projects within a small team.
• Experience creating technical in-house documentation.

Preferred Skills

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
