Description

Manage public cloud environments, focusing on network administration, security, and provisioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud network administration, security, instantiation, and provisioning.
• Implement security best practices and analyze partner compatibility.
• Execute day-to-day operations using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
• Optimize infrastructure and provide third-party software support.

Required Skills

• 3 to 12 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on cPanel experience.
• 2 years of experience with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Nagios, CloudWatch, and Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of database setup and architecture.
• AWS Cloud Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with email server setup, VOIP, and SSL.
• ITIL or other relevant certifications.
• VMware certification.
