Description

Manage Teradata as-a-Service offerings and public cloud environments across AWS and cPanel. You will own cloud network and security administration, instantiation, and provisioning. Optimize environments, support third-party software, and implement security best practices. Execute day-to-day operations using ServiceNow/ITSM tools and provide 24x7 rotational on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Manage Teradata as-a-Service and public cloud environments (AWS, cPanel).
• Administer cloud networks and security; handle instantiation and provisioning.
• Optimize environments and provide support for third-party software.
• Implement security best practices and analyze partner compatibility.
• Execute day-to-day operations using ServiceNow/ITSM tools.

Required Skills

• 3 to 12 years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on cloud experience in AWS and cPanel.
• 2+ years of experience with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Nagios, CloudWatch, and Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with Docker concepts.
• Experience with MySQL and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of database setup and architecture.
• Cloud certification required.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with email server setup, VOIP, and SSL.
• ITIL or other relevant certifications.
• Teradata/DBMS experience.
