Description

Manage and oversee a suite of SaaS applications to ensure performance, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for SAP, Coupa, Workday, and Siemens Teamcenter.
• Control user accounts, permissions, and access levels to maintain secure cloud service access.
• Implement security policies, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
• Coordinate with SaaS vendors to resolve technical issues, negotiate agreements, and manage non-production environment instance refreshes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud systems administration.
• Direct administration experience with SAP SaaS.
• Proficiency managing Coupa.
• Experience with Workday administration.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of SaaS application management and security.
• Ability to manage user access controls and permissions.
• Experience with vendor coordination and service agreement management.
