Description

Own the cloud modernization and lifecycle management of the Health Management System within the Cloud Support Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and document server and cloud platform requirements in Microsoft Azure Active Directory environments.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and collaborate with project teams to identify cloud migration requirements.
• Develop cloud architecture designs and data migration plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Create disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including backup schedules and redundancy.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by customers, administrators, and support teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise-class Windows Server system design and administration.
• 5+ years of experience as an enterprise administrator in Azure and Azure Active Directory domain infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and managing cloud-based platforms.
• 5+ years of experience designing and administering cloud networking solutions, including Virtual Networks and Express Route.
• Proficiency in Operating System (OS) support and hardware/software system installation and configuration.
• Experience with application support and proactive system environment monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide technical expertise to users, management, and vendors.
