Description

Manage and support hybrid Azure and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and availability across environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer VMware or Hyper-V virtualized environments and Windows Server systems.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD identity services.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune endpoint infrastructure.
• Perform system monitoring, patching, backup, and recovery operations.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, and cloud-related issues to maintain service availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Azure administration and support.
• Strong VMware or Hyper-V administration experience.
• Proficient in Windows Server administration.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Support experience with O365 and Exchange.
• Skilled in infrastructure monitoring, patching, and backup/recovery.
• Proven ability to support hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune management.
