Description

You will engineer cloud-based solutions for network management systems, owning the architecture and implementation of scalable, microservices-driven platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build information models representing system functionality for network management and control.
• Design scalable system architectures for the Network Management System using cloud-native components and microservices.
• Contribute to NMS application architecture for network element configuration and event/statistics collection.
• Collaborate with specialists and architects across different technology domains to ensure design feasibility.
• Partner with development teams on effort estimation and test strategies for architectural designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on product development experience using C++ and Python for cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with scalable system architecture and Microservices design.
• Familiarity with the Kubernetes ecosystem and cloud-native application design.
• Knowledge of API design patterns including REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB (NoSQL), or TimescaleDB.
• Experience designing systems using Information modelling aligned with standards (SysML, UML).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network management systems (NMS) or telecom infrastructure.
• Strong background in information modeling and system architecture documentation.
