You will manage and troubleshoot automated environments built for customer Proof of Concepts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on automated environments used for customer Proof of Concepts.
• Troubleshoot automated environments to resolve workflow, organization, or planning issues.
• Ensure system compatibility and compliance with implementation standards, integrations, and external interfaces.
• Supervise and provide daily direction to staff.
• Conduct workshops and technical presentations for customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• PowerShell and scripting languages.
• Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Azure and Entra ID.
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Defender XDR.
• Azure DevOps (ADO).
• PowerBI.
• Any Graduate degree.
