Description

You will own testing automation methodologies for the cloud platform, ensuring reliability across distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for complex features spanning multiple scrum teams.
• Build automation solutions for cloud infrastructure and backend applications using Python and Shell.
• Drive performance testing for asynchronous micro-service architectures to identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze complex defects to isolate root causes during and after software releases.
• Manage source control and CI/CD integration for test automation artifacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software QA automation.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or GitHub.
• Practical knowledge of API testing and REST principles.
• Experience testing cloud infrastructure in GCP or AWS.
• Background in testing distributed and cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PyTest, Robot Framework, or Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
