Description

Manage and optimize large-scale big data ecosystems using the Hadoop framework in Dallas, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Sqoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Execute complex data processing tasks with Hive, Impala, and HDFS.
• Manage data integration between Oracle databases and Hadoop environments.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for large datasets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with the Hadoop framework.
• Hands-on experience with Sqoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Impala, and Kafka.
• 8+ years of experience writing SQL queries.
• 8+ years of experience working with Oracle databases.
• Strong Linux administration and command-line experience.
• Proficiency with MS Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
