Description

Lead infrastructure operations, incident management, and platform migrations while mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve enterprise trouble tickets within agreed SLAs and initiate problem tickets for permanent resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents to define preventive and corrective actions.
• Lead customer and vendor calls, managing stakeholder communications and change management.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of platform migrations.
• Update SOPs and Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting steps and process changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
• Experience managing IIS and XML.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident/change management.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Ability to manage ticket backlogs and adhere to OLA/SLA requirements.
• Experience supporting IT audits and information governance activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in defining data management and retention policies.
• Ability to act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for local IT audits.
