Description

Support, deploy, and troubleshoot distributed applications in a multi-tiered retail and payments environment while owning system stability and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor servers to ensure system stability and performance.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and perform data mining activities.
• Research software bugs and implement remedies identified during QA, beta, and production phases.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and Product teams to adapt frameworks to industry best practices.
• Manage campaign deployments, reporting, and subscriber lists using ESP capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Azure and AWS environments.
• Proficiency in Windows System Administration and PowerShell for automation.
• Experience writing SQL and managing SQL Server, Postgres, or MySQL databases.
• Working knowledge of IIS and .NET environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking issues and API services.
• Understanding of data management concepts, security awareness, and PCI requirements.
