• Define requirements for Configuration Items (CIs) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze and manage ServiceNow CMDB data structures.
• Support CMDB processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Deep functional knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience managing Configuration Items (CIs).
• Proven background as a Business Analyst.
