Description

You will manage and maintain CMDB data integrity and process adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CMDB data usage across Incident, Problem, Asset, and Change processes.
• Monitor and audit process adherence to ensure data quality.
• Create reports to track CMDB health and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data integrity issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with CMDB.
• Familiarity with Discovery and Service Mapping tools.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes.
• Proven ability to perform data integrity analysis and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in report generation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
