Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and service mapping solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data.
• Lead customer requirements discussions for deploying ServiceNow CSM and CMDB.
• Perform CMDB assessment, data cleanup, and normalization activities.
• Configure and implement Discovery tools, including writing custom patterns for in-house applications.
• Build CMDB health dashboards and custom reporting to monitor data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow domain.
• 3+ years of experience with CMDB and Service Mapping solutions.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• Deep experience with CMDB data models, configuration, and Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) jobs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Angular.
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful API integrations.
• Ability to code Discovery Probes and Sensors.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing maintainable code following best practices.
