Description

Lead ServiceNow CMDB implementation, architecture, and data governance. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the technical architecture for Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships.
• Apply the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to ensure consistency, scalability, and integration readiness.
• Manage the full CI lifecycle, including creation, updates, relationships, and retirement or deletion.
• Oversee data governance, discovery, and data quality processes to maintain CMDB integrity.
• Support integrations, discovery mapping, analytics, and reporting within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management or related technical roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring CMDB solutions.
• Deep knowledge of CSDM models and best practices.
• Strong skills in CI lifecycle management and configuration data handling.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and discovery processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with complex integration scenarios and data migration.
