Description

You will lead the technical implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical tasks for ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts, including screen tailoring and data imports.
• Manage third-party software integrations and resolve complex data transformation issues.
• Maintain testing protocols for instance upgrades to certify application usability.
• Analyze business requirements to design sustainable ServiceNow solutions and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical implementation.
• Deep expertise in CMDB and Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and Incident Management.
• Experience with Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality and customization.
• Proficiency in software coding, scripting, and workflow administration.
• Ability to manage report setup, data imports, and system integrations.
• Experience with system design and operations documentation.

• Any Graduate degree.
