Description
You will own the global data quality of the CMDB and foundation data within ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define all Master Data objects, including data sources and usage.
- Define data quality KPIs and monitor critical data objects to ensure accuracy.
- Manage initiatives to improve data quality and ensure integrity through regular audits and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with business units to identify data requirements and maintain consistency across systems.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and process improvements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM and CMDB management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Expertise in defining Master Data objects.
- Proven ability to manage data quality metrics and KPIs.
- Experience conducting data audits and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align data needs across business units.
