Description

You will own CMM inspection solutions to ensure product and process compliance with quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute CMM programming and inspection requests for Module Center deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and implement programs on-site using CMM machines.
• Drive product and process improvements to meet quality metric goals.
• Lead the implementation of new inspection technologies to improve reliability.
• Mentor talent in the quality technical discipline and maintain relationships with Manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of CMM programming experience (or Advanced Degree with 5 years).
• Proficiency with CMM software: PC-DMIS, Camio, MODUS, or QUINDOS.
• Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with AS9100 and Aerospace standards.
• Ability to work on-site for machine troubleshooting and implementation.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry within Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Red X, and process control tools for data analysis.
