Description

You will develop and optimize coordinate measuring machine programs for aerospace landing gear and structural components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Program CMMs using PC-DMIS 2023.1 or later to inspect complex parts.
• Create irregular surfaces using point clouds and optimize programs for specific operations.
• Select appropriate probes and probe heads for various measurement tasks.
• Liaise with the shop floor to resolve technical project clarifications.
• Generate manufacturing process inspection sheets and technical reports.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in CMM programming using PC-DMIS CAD++ software.
• Proficiency with CATIA, VERICUT, or ICAM machine simulation software.
• Solid understanding of all GD&T symbols and their manufacturing applications.
• Experience with online CMM programming methods and procedures.
• Ability to manage machine configuration settings.
• Working knowledge of MS Access and Excel.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 3 to 6 years of manufacturing experience.
