Description

You will manage and support IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environments for banking clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, implement, configure, and tune CMOD on RHEL multiplatform environments.
• Administer CMOD utilities including arsag, arsag2fol, arsagfld, arsann, arsapp, and arsres.
• Configure, maintain, and support CMOD report processing.
• Troubleshoot issues related to indexing, ingestion, and retrieval.
• Manage CMOD metadata and associated system administration functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).
• Proficiency with Unix Shell scripting and awk.
• Knowledge of IBM DB2.
• Knowledge of ODWEK (OnDemand Web Enablement Kit).
• Understanding of CMOD components, storage, and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with Java (JDBC).
• Experience in the banking domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools such as FileNet, Documentum, or OpenText Exstream.
• Knowledge of IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM).
