You will manage content management workflows and support benefits management program eligibility processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Manage information workflows through a Content Management Solution to publish sensitive data.
• Negotiate requirements and expectations across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate and fulfill requests for internal and external system changes.
• Support benefits management program eligibility processes and business operations.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience as an IT Applications Business Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting benefits management program eligibility processes.
• Proven experience managing complex information workflows via a Content Management Solution.
• Expertise in requirements analysis and the integration/design of information systems.
• Strong background in business operations and cross-functional team coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a process-oriented environment requiring high attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
