Description

Lead the implementation, management, and scaling of a global content management system platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, configuration, and implementation of the CMS to ensure global scalability and flexibility.
• Develop content architecture, including content models, taxonomies, and metadata for multi-channel delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, content strategists, and administrators.
• Oversee CMS integrations with CRM, e-commerce, and analytics tools.
• Establish content governance frameworks, including user roles, permissions, and approval workflows.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in CMS development and management.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, or Drupal.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end languages including Java, .NET, or PHP.
• Experience managing CMS projects for global or multi-regional platforms with localization strategies.
• Optimize CMS performance through caching and load balancing while ensuring security and GDPR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
