Description

Analyze and define solutions for an in-house custom-built CMS by engaging with technical and business teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements and technical stories from inception through to implementation.
• Identify and derive technical requirements to support CMS tool development.
• Document internal and external CMS system processes and flows.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to align architecture designs with engineering strategy.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis or related roles.
• Background in architecture or development.
• Experience defining non-functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of APIs and use of discovery tools such as Postman or RapidAPI.
• Hands-on experience with agile technical analyst duties including backlog refinement and writing acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Ability to interact confidently with developers, testers, and DevOps teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting technical information to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage workloads across multi-project environments.
