Description

You will operate, program, and maintain CNC machinery to meet production goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and routers using blueprints or CAD models.
• Write, modify, and adapt CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Troubleshoot issues related to tooling, machine performance, or programming errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CNC operations and engineering support.
• Proficiency in multi-axis machining.
• Expertise in CNC programming and G-code.
• Hands-on experience with lathes and grinders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficiency in precision measurement using tools such as calipers.
• Deep understanding of feed rates and processing speeds across various materials.

Preferred Skills

• Physical stamina for standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
• Any Graduate degree, vocational training, or apprenticeship.
