Description

You will develop, optimize, and verify CNC programs for high-precision part production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens UG NX, ICAM, and Vericut.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
• Conduct simulations and verifications using Vericut to ensure program accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming and machining issues.
• Maintain documentation for CNC programs and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an NC/CNC Programmer.
• Proficiency in Siemens UG NX, ICAM, and Vericut.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience with UG NX, ICAM, and Vericut.
