CNC Programmer

You will develop and optimize CNC programs to produce high-precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens UGNX, ICAM, and Vericut.
• Set up and operate CNC machines for high-precision part production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming and machining issues.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Conduct simulations and verifications using Vericut to ensure program accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for CNC programs and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an NC Programmer.
• Proficiency in Siemens UGNX, ICAM, and Vericut.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience with UG NX, ICAM, and Vericut.
