• Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Drive advanced system design by applying:

• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Develop application features using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Establish and improve coding standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ensure seamless integration with:

• Deliver projects within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
