Description

Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using C# and .NET Core.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive advanced system design and architecture using modular approaches and design patterns.
• Develop application features using TypeScript and JavaScript alongside backend services.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and secure coding standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Establish and improve coding standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core backend development.
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
• Proven experience in system design, software architecture, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD Pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server and large-scale enterprise distributed systems.
• Domain knowledge in Substation Automation, IEC 61850, SCADA Systems, or Energy Automation.
